Bill Summary
National Education for Service Heritage Act - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA) to require each state that receives assistance under the HEA to charge the dependent children of individuals domiciled in the state who have served on active duty in the Armed Forces for at least 15 years no more than the in-state tuition for attending a public institution of higher education in the state.
