San Antonio Missions National Historical Park Boundary Expansion Act of 2012 - Modifies the boundary of the San Antonio Missions National Historical Park located in Bexar and Wilson Counties, Texas, to include approximately 137 acres of additional identified land. Permits the Secretary of the Interior to acquire such land or any interest in such land by donation or exchange.
