Trade Prosecutor Act of 2011 - Amends the Trade Act of 1974 to establish within the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) a Trade Enforcement Division. Establishes the position of Deputy United States Trade Representative for Trade Enforcement to head the Trade Enforcement Division.
