Amends the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to prohibit information submitted to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) in the course of any supervisory or regulatory process from being construed as affecting any privilege the submitter may claim about that information under federal or state law as to any person or entity other than the CFPB.
