Bill Summary
Pay for Printing Act - Requires the sponsor of a ceremonial or commemorative Senate resolution to reimburse the Government Printing Office (GPO) for the total costs of printing the resolution out of the sponsor's Members' Representative Allowance. Excludes from such requirement a resolution sponsored by at least two-thirds of Senators.
