East Rosebud Wild and Scenic Rivers Act - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate specified river segments of the East Rosebud Creek in Montana as components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. Prohibits: (1) the inclusion of any private property within the boundaries of those segments, and (2) the acquisition of land or interests in land by condemnation within such boundaries.
