Youth Justice Act of 2015 Amends the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 (JJDPA) to: increase funding for such Act in each of FY2016-FY2020 and authorize appropriations at the FY2020 level for each succeeding fiscal year; include as one of the purposes of such Act the support of a trauma-informed continuum of programs (including delinquency prevention, intervention, mental health, behavioral health, substance abuse...
