Cecil the Lion Endangered and Threatened Species Act of 2015 This bill amends the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to prohibit: (1) taking endangered or threatened species within the United States or U.S. territorial seas as trophies, or (2) importing such trophies. Any person seeking to import a fish or wildlife trophy must submit documentation establishing that the trophy was taken before the enactment of this bill.
