Cottonwood Land Exchange Act of 2016 This bill directs the Department of Agriculture (USDA), if Yavapai County in Arizona offers to convey to the USDA 369 acres of specified nonfederal land in the county, to accept the offer and convey to Yavapai County 80 acres of specified federal land within the Coconino National Forest in the county.
