Revolving Door Pension Prevention Act Prohibits any former Member of Congress who is a registered lobbyist who receives annual compensation of $1 million or more for lobbying activities from receiving  benefits under: (1) the Civil Service Retirement System or the Federal Employees' Retirement System (including the Thrift Savings Plan); or (2) the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (including enhanced dental or vision benefits).
