This bill makes it unlawful to engage in the commercial harvesting of Atlantic striped bass in the coastal waters or in the U.S. exclusive economic zone (EEZ). The EEZ is a zone contiguous to the territorial sea, including zones contiguous to the territorial sea of the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and United States overseas territories and possessions.
