Bill Summary
(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary has been expanded because action occurred on the measure.) Keep the Promise Act of 2015 (Sec. 4) This bill restricts gaming on land within the Phoenix, Arizona, metropolitan area acquired by the Department of the Interior in trust for the benefit of an Indian tribe after April 9, 2013. The restriction ends on January 1, 2027.
