S.RES.470: A resolution recognizing the 100th anniversary of the Portland Cement Association, the national organization for the cement manufacturing and concrete industry.

Recognizes the 100th anniversary of the Portland Cement Association (PCA). Commends the PCA for its work and dedication to: the infrastructure of the United States, and innovative developments. Recognizes the strong initiatives of the PCA to improve the state of the cement industry. Recognizes the members of the PCA and all cement manufacturers on the centennial celebration of the establishment of the PCA.
