Bill Summary
Removing Barriers to Sexual Assault Victims Compensation Act This bill amends the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 to require state crime victim compensation programs to eliminate time limits on applying for compensation for victims of sexual assault with backlogged sexual assault evidence collection kits.
