This bill includes within authorized Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) work-study activities in connection with VA rehabilitation, education, or training programs the following activities carried out at offices of Members of Congress: (1) the distribution of information to members of the Armed Forces, veterans, and their dependents concerning benefits and services; and (2) the preparation of documents used to file veterans benefits claims.
