Addressing Teacher Shortages Act of 2018 This bill directs the Department of Education (ED) to establish an Addressing Teacher Shortages Program. Through this program, ED shall award competitive grants for local education agencies, in partnership with institutions of higher education, to address teacher shortage challenges.
