Bill Summary
Knowledgeable Innovators and Worthy Investors Act or the KIWI Act (Sec. 2) This bill makes New Zealand nationals eligible to enter the United States as nonimmigrant traders and investors as provided for under the Immigration and Nationality Act if New Zealand provides reciprocal nonimmigrant treatment to U.S. nationals.
