First Responders Passport Act of 2019 This bill authorizes the Department of State to waive passport fees for an individual operating under a contract, grant, or cooperative agreement with the U.S. government, including a volunteer, to travel abroad within the first seven days after a natural disaster to aid a foreign country suffering from the natural disaster.
