Bill Summary
This bill requires the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to provide quarterly briefings to Congress about the FBI's counterintelligence activities. The FBI shall promptly notify Congress of any counterintelligence investigation regarding a candidate seeking nomination or election for federal office or any campaign or individual related to such a candidate.
