Reprioritizing Unserved Rural Areas and Locations for Broadband Act of 2019 or the RURAL Broadband Act of 2019 This bill restricts the use of broadband-deployment assistance awarded by the Department of Agriculture or the Federal Communications Commission for duplicative broadband-infrastructure projects.
