Bureau of Reclamation Pumped Storage Hydropower Development Act This bill revises requirements governing the development of certain hydropower projects by nonfederal entities at reservoirs administered by the Bureau of Reclamation. Under current law, those hydropower developments may be governed by requirements of Reclamation or the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
