This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to establish a risk corridor program for Medicare Advantage (MA) plans during the public health emergency declared on January 31, 2020, relating to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019), in which MA payments are based on the ratio of the plan's allowable costs to its aggregate premiums.
