Protect America's Statues Act of 2020 This bill makes certain jurisdictions ineligible for historic preservation grants or fixed guideway capital investment grants. Ineligible jurisdictions are those with any law, regulation, policy, or procedure within its control in contravention of federal criminal law relating to the destruction of veterans' memorials or rioting.
