SNAP Healthy Incentives Act of 2020 This bill revises the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as the food stamp program) to provide a financial incentive for participants to purchase fruits and vegetables containing nutrients that promote the health of the population served by SNAP.
