Bill Summary
This bill provides a bonus to federal employees who were excepted from furlough and worked without pay during the lapse in FY2019 appropriations that began on December 22, 2018. For each day that an employee worked without pay, the bill provides a bonus equal to 15% of the employee's daily rate of pay.
