Immigrant Veterans Eligibility Tracking System (I-VETS) Act This bill directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to identify aliens serving or have served in the U.S. Armed Forces on active duty or reserve components, when such an alien is applying for an immigration benefit or is placed in an immigration enforcement proceeding. DHS shall annotate its records to reflect this service and to allow tracking of the immigration outcomes of...
