Civilian Property Realignment Act of 2019 or CPRA This bill directs the Public Buildings Reform Board to identify a total savings to the federal government of at least $9 billion from the disposal of surplus federal civilian real properties. The bill removes the maximum limit on the fair market value of the properties to be identified by the board.
