Surviving Widow(er) Income Fair Treatment Act of 2019 or the SWIFT Act This bill modifies eligibility requirements and increases benefits for widows, widowers, and surviving divorced spouses under the Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (OASDI) benefits program.
