Federal Labor-Management COVID Partnership Act This bill establishes the Coronavirus Rapid Response Federal Labor-Management Partnership Task Force. The task force must assess the response of federal agencies to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) public health emergency with respect to agency employees, including the adequacy of agency communications and necessary physical assets.
