Bill Summary
Space Preservation And Conjunction Emergency Act of 2020 or the SPACE Act of 2020 This bill modifies requirements for the Office of Space Commerce and renames the office as the Bureau of Space Commerce. The bureau shall be headed by an Assistant Secretary for Space Commerce, to be appointed by the President, with the advice and consent of the Senate.
