Wasteful Federal Programs Reduction Authorization Act This bill establishes a procedure for identifying unnecessary, defunct, or duplicative federal programs. Specifically, the bill requires the Chief Operating Officer of each agency to compile a list of such programs, based on guidance provided by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
