Federal Employees and Retirees with Delinquent Tax Debt Initiative (FERDI) Act This bill disqualifies individuals with delinquent tax debt from federal employment and requires the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to regularly publish a report on the tax liabilities of federal employees.
