  • US Army Corps of Engineers civil works program as regards the Port of Cleveland and the maintenance of Cleveland Harbor project in FY20, spending from the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund, and Corps posture with respect to placement of sediment in Lake Erie. Also the Corps feasibility study toward a Dredged Material Management Plan (DMMP).   • Generally, surface transportation authorization legislation as it affects freight and port related infrastructure legislation, including the PORT Act grant bill (Sen. Wicker) as contained in S.1407 Maritime Authorization and S.1790 NDAA, now Public Law 116-92. Developing infrastructure policy by the administration. Freight and port related grant programs, specifically INFRA, PID and BUILD. Implementation of the Port Infrastructure Development grant program as funded in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of FY19. Advancing planned port terminal improvements and a Port Improvement Development grant application.
