• Monitor and advocate on legislative provisions regarding offshore royalties management issues concerning oil and gas leases in the Gulf of Mexico, including H.R. 2419 (Farm, Nutrition and Bioenergy Act of 2007) and provision entitled "Conservation of Resources, Fees, and Repeal of Royalty Relief" therein. Monitor provisions of Department of Interior appropriations legislation that may impact oil and gas leases in the Gulf of Mexico.
