  • Fixing areas of policies, rules and regulations around how non-commercial FM radio stations are grant funded through various areas of the "shadow government" against how U.S. Small Business Administration classifies these broadcasters. There are massive imbalances of grant funding appropriations for present day needs with this side of the industry. Since the industry is severely broken based on "real facts/statistics" reported to Federal Communications Commission (FCC), a badly needed waiver/update to 47 C.F.R. 73.853 as a "life preserver" to impacted broadcasters. The FCC will see a massive return of non-commercial broadcast FM licenses with an already similar established pattern from 2000-2020.
