Brennan comes to comes to GSA with legal and business experience. She served as a press advance lead for Donald J. Trump for President and was the Orange County Director of Tech Coast Angels - one of the nation’s largest angel investor networks. Most recently, Brennan served as special assistant to the Secretary of Treasury; drafting legal memos and tracking presidential executive orders for the senior white house advisor. Brennan holds a juris doctor from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law and a bachelor of arts in legal studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
