St. John previously served as GSA’s senior white house advisor. Prior to joining the Trump administration, he was a partner in a law firm in his home state of Alabama, where he represented businesses, professionals, and governmental entities in litigation and transactional matters. St. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Government from the University of Virginia, a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business.
