  • S. 869 CDFI Bond Guarantee Improvement Act - This bill will authorize the program for four years, to provide certainty to borrowers and lenders. S. 1455 The Rural Jobs Act This bill would allocate an additional $500 million in NMTC allocations for each of the next two years and target that increase specifically to rural communities, persistent poverty counties, and high migration counties. S.2963 - Community Development Investment Tax Credit Act of 2023 -This bill allows investors a business-related tax credit for investment in a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
