Draw bulk funds to use a quick funding source for the 411th Civil Affairs Battalion Commander to respond to urgent humanitarian relief and reconstruction requirements. The bulk funds shall only be used for condolence, battle damage, former detainee, Afghan Hero, and Commander's Small Scale project payments.
Project Goals
Provide a quick funding source for condolence, battle damage, former detainee, Afghan Hero, and Commander's Small Scale project payments. This shall enable the Commander to quickly respond to urgent humanitarian relief and reconstruction requirements. Comments: Requested CERP funds will allow the 411th Civil Affairs Battalion to have the ability to provide an immediate impact in the Area of Operation. Project updates to include specific projects funded will be uploaded into this report prior to project closure.

All projects were verified by PPO and paid out.
