Project Description

While conducting patrols, ANSF and CF were ambushed by AAF in the Mandozayi District on 20Jun09. A family of six were injured and killed and a vehicle was destroyed during these attacks. This combat incident resulted in 1 LN KIA, 5 LN WIA and a destroyed car.

Project Goals

Payment should be paid in the amount of $2,500 for the KIA, $1,500 for each WIA, and $2,500 for the destroyed vehicle. The the total amount of money in payments will be $12,500.

1. A payment of $2,500 will be made to the relatives of Ismail Khan (KIA), son of Zarwali Khan.

2. A payment of $1,500 will be made to the relatives of Akber Khan (WIA), son of Zarwali Khan.

3. A payment of $1,500 will be made to the Rasool Gul (WIA) or relative, son of Zahir Shah.

4. A payment of $1,500 will be made to the Abdul Malik (WIA) or relative, son of Shah Wali.

5. A payment of $1,500 will be made to the Wazir Khan(WIA) or relative, son of Shah Wali.

6. A payment of $1,500 will be made to the Tarooz Khan(WIA) or relative, son of Halim.

7. A payment of $2,500 will be made to the owner of the car damaged.
