Project Goals
Funds will be used for condolence payments, battle damage payments, and commanders smaller scale projects (limited to $5,000 per project). Comments: This will allow TF No Slack to conduct multiple, low cost projects to further facilitate good faith in the GIRoA.

Everyone was happy with results of projects and great work was done.
Updates
On 13 Mar 2011 DR Ajmal of Sarkani District was paid for the completion of the Iron Gate project at Sarkani Check Point. The total cost of the project was $48,800 Afghani. The Iron gate is fully installed and functions properly. On 13 Mar 2011 DR Ajmal of Sarkani District was paid for the completion of the construction of a second Sarkani Check Point. The total cost of the project was $212,700 Afghani. The check point has been fully constructed and is currently in use. On 24 Mar 2011 Sayed from RCC was paid for completion of Sarkani District Wall Refurbishing. The total cost of the project was $221,000 Afghani. The wall is now fully reconstructed and operational. On 25 Mar 2011 Attaulah Atif of Sarkani District was paid for completion of an 86 meter concrete drainage ditch. The cost of the project was $128,500 Afghani. There is now a working drainage ditch 86 meters long made of concrete that functions properly. On 29 Mar 2011 Amar of Barawala Kalay was paid $7,500 Afghani for battle damages caused by Coalition Forces during Operation Strong Eagle III. Damages were for 2 dogs killed, 2 broken windows, and 1 broken door. On 29 Mar 2011 Shama of Barawala Kalay was paid $12,500 Afghani for damages and losses caused by Coalition Forces during Operation Strong Eagle III. Items reimbursed are for the wood burned, broken glasses, roof damage, lock damage, trash burn pile, and rental of the qalat. On 29 Mar 2011 Hama Gir Khan of Barawala Kalay was paid $20,000 Afghani for damages caused by Coalation Forces during Operation Strong Eagle III. Reimbursement was made for roof damage, wood use, other minor damages, trash pick-up, and qalat rental. On 30 Mar 2011 Zirani of Barawala Kalay was paid $17,500 Afghani for battle damages caused by Coalition Forces During Operation Strong Eagle III. Reimbursement was for 3 dogs killed, ruined mattress, house damage, trash, other broken items. On 8 Apr 2011 RCC contracting was paid $218,050 Afghani for repairing a flooded road in Sarkani. The road is no longer flooded and it has a proper drainage system in place to prevent the road from flooding again. On 8 Apr 2011 RCC contracting was paid $221,200 Afghani for refurbishing SDC. The SDC now has working electricity, plumbing, fresh paint, and new windows. There are no funds remaining. DRN# CERPRCE1E02209 was cost transferred from APC GF** to RQ5N and is now tracked/processed by CSTC-A J8 Afghan Security Forces Funds (ASFF). For funding assistance, contact 318-237-3148.
