Commander''s Small Scale Projects #2
Project Goals
These funds will be used to provide immediate impact humanitarian assistance to the citizens of Afghanistan and influence them to support the GIRoA. Bulk funds will also be used to pay condolence payments of no more than $2500.00 and small impact projects of no more than $5,000.00. Funds may also be used to make battle damage and condolence payments as may be required in the event that kinetic operations cause damage to civilian property or loss of civilian life. Comments: Requested CERP funds will allow ODA 1310 the ability to provide an economic impact for the surrounding villages and locations and immediate impact payments for quick small impact projects.
