Project Goals
The purpose of this project is to implement vocational basic carpentry training in bee hive supers and frames construction for ten (10) Afghans between the ages of eighteen (18) to forty (40) in the Paktika Province to promote apiculture commerce and economic development.

Updates
Contractor has met with the DAIL (Gardez) and SubGovernors (Zormat, Wazi Zadran, Shawak and Dand Patan. They are selecting two p'pants each to atttend the training. They all should arrive on 4 April to begin training on 5 Apr. Tools have been purchased from Kabul. 4 Apr 2011, project updated, JS 23 OCT 2011 Project is currently being developed 08 FEB 2012 Currently evaluating project. NE ADT2 has not proceeded with this project, so may have to be terminated. 28 FEB 2012 Project terminated, NE ADT 2 has no plans to continue this project from OK ADT
