Project Goals
These funds will be used to provide immediate impact humanitarian assistance to the citizens of Afghanistan and influence them to support the GoA. Bulk funds will also be used to pay condolence payments of no more than $2500.00 and small impact projects of no more than $5,000.00. Funds may also be used to make battle damage and condolence payments as may be required in the event that kinetic operations cause.
