Project Goals
The Balakino Bazaar is the center of all social events in Southern Marjah. Being a social center also brings a natural security to the area. The solar light will provide security along the road leading to the bazaar from the west, which is a main avenue for the locals. Having more lights along the roads will increase secuirty and deter the enemy from comducting hostile action on that area. Also, during times of low visability, it will allow the locals a way to better observe the road as they drive.
