Project Description
Draw bulk funds to use as a quick funding source for the 649th RSG Commander to respond to urgent humanitarian relief and reconstruction requirements. The bulk funds shall only be used for condolence, battle damage, former detainee, Afghan Hero, and Commander's small scale project payments.

Provide a quick funding source for condolence, battle damage, former detainee, Afghan Hero, and Commander's small scale project payments. This shall enable the Commander to quickly respond to urgent humanitarian relief and reconstruction requirements.

9-15-2011: This project was abandoned by owning unit. After consulting with KAF RM, it has been determined that the funds obligated to this project have been dispursed and properly cleared with RM. Completing project.
