Create funds available for immediately addressing condolance payments and Comments: Bulk CERP Draw to support operations run in AO of HHC 4-23 INF.

Funds were cleared through KAF Finance office.

Jan 17 2010 Battle damage while conducting cordon and search operations - $200 Jan 17 2010 4-23 IN and CA Team members went to Qalat to buy tools and equipment to facilitate a karez cleaning CERP project as well as future projects. Most of the Afghans in our AO do not possess any tools so it was necessary to purchase an initial set of tools so they could start the CERP project. A purchase was made from the Siahudin and Nisar construction company, Qalat AF in the amount of $1060 dollars Jan 17 2010 A battle damage compensation was made in the amount of $240 Jan 17 2010 Condolence payment in the amount of $2500
