Project Description
Payment of an incident which occured on 18 September 2007 between U.S. Forces and EF resulting in non-combatant casualties.
Project Goals
Payment to a Mr. Faizullah who stated he personnaly suffered injuries to his shoulder and forehead as well as the death of his son, Dawood Mohammed, killed in this incident. In addition, the damage to his 1988 Ford 4 x 4.
