Project Description
The contractor will repair the blast craters along Route Redskins that are adversely impacting normal civilian traffic flows. Repairs should be at least as strong as the original portions of the road and be made of the appropriate earthen materials that would allow civilian supply vehicles to drive from Koshtay to Garmsir District Center.
Project Goals
The goal of this project is to make the road passable to motorized civilian traffic to increase economic and governance access to and from the Garmsir District Center. Comments: The contractor will repair all damage greater in depth than one-and-one-half feet, measured from the plane parallel to the road surface. The contractor will provide all secuirty necessary to complete work on the site. The contractor will dig any channels necessary to facilitate a return of water flow into the Garmsir irrigation canal network. The contractor will provide all supplies, materiel, equipment, personnel, transportation, and services necessary to complete the project. Transportation and security will be the sole responsibility of the contractor. The contractor assumes all liability and responsibility.
