Project Description
This project allows pay agents to use money as a means of condolence for battlefield damage in Zhari District, Kandahar Province. The unit is on patrols daily and there is inevitably going to be damage to local people on the spot coincides with the Afghan code of Pashtun Wali.
Project Goals
Decrease negative perception of ISAF in Zhari District, Kandahar Province by paying people in a quick, efficient manner after battlefield damage occurs, which falls in line with the Afghan code of Pashtun Wali. To allow to conduct small scale projects throughout Zhari. This will allow the Commander of TF 1-12IN to provide quick result.
